But what really made our stay unforgettable was Kim. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with the warmest smile and genuine hospitality that you just don’t find everywhere. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, shared some local tips, and made us feel right at home. Her kindness and care added a personal touch that truly touched our hearts. You can tell she takes pride in the motel and genuinely cares about every guest who walks through the door. If you’re passing through Seligman—or even if you’re not, make the detour!—Supai Motel is more than just a place to sleep. It’s a little slice of history, filled with warmth and run by people like Kim who remind you how special travel can be. Thank you, Kim, for making us feel like family. We can’t wait to come back!

Incredible value. Kim was very friendly and exceptionally accommodating, pointing out what to see, and where to eat. Places like this don't exist anywhere else. Okay, it's not the Ritz, but you don't pay for that. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. You get a deal at the Roadkill Cafe, and Lilo's. Both are excellent.

Upfront with pricing, average fee for pets. Quaint little Route 66 motel, good parking. The hostess was wonderful, the room was very clean, the bathroom was clean, stocked and the hot water and pressure worked as it should. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a rock. A great motel, better people.

We were driving from California to New Mexico super late and this was a great stop ! Rooms are big and showers are spacious. Had a great service with the front guest. We were able to drive up at 11pm and he helped us out no issues! He recommended a good breakfast spot! Will be using this hotel again. Parking right outside the room.

This hotel is very safe. We arrived quite late with our 4-year-old son and they were still waiting for us. Everything was very clean. It's not a modern hotel, but it's very well maintained and, above all, very clean. Its location is great for walking around town. The residents are very friendly and take great pride in their city.

Rooms were cozy and clean can't complain at all, staff was friendly in this nice little town. Would definitely stay here again on a road trip down route 66

Such a refreshing experience comfortable nice shower good size room but the absolute best part of it is I left my wedding rings on the dresser and the owner actually held them until I could get her a good mailing address because I had been traveling quite a bit for business. She kept her end of the bargain she just mailed them to me and I cannot say enough about the honorable business that this is thank you thank you thank you and God bless you

We loved our stay at El Supai! The owner was very personable. The room was cute and clean. Lots of people sat out at night and chatted off and on. The sign was lit up at night! And our dog was welcomed! I highly recommend a stay here.
